How to register for the 2020-21 season:

  1. Review class schedule and choose classes for the 2020-21 season

  2. Complete Registration Form and Payment Authorization Form

  3. Scan and Email complete forms to: info@elitedanceworx.com

We will calculate fees, confirm total costs, provide payment plan options and send to you for authorization to charge your credit card on file and register your dancer(s) into classes.
